Terms of purchase
Terms applicable to pickup orders placed through this site.
1. Pickup only
All orders are EXCLUSIVELY for pickup at Taberna La Bola, C/ de la Bola 5, 28013 Madrid. We do not offer home delivery.
2. Order and pickup time
When ordering you choose the day and time slot for pickup within our opening hours. We need a minimum preparation time, so the most immediate slots may be unavailable.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros (€) with VAT included. The total order amount is shown before you complete the payment.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe's secure gateway when confirming the order. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
5. Pickup and storage
We recommend picking up your order at the selected time to enjoy it in optimal condition. Show your name or order number at pickup.
6. Cancellations and refunds
As these are perishable, made-to-order products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once preparation has begun. To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible on +34 915 476 930. [PENDING: restaurant's specific cancellation/refund policy].
7. Allergens
If you have any allergy or intolerance, note it in the order notes and ask us. Allergen information is available on request.
